A technology promotion roadmap is made using multi-objective optimization. In 2030 energy consumption will drop back to ∼2006 level with integrated measure. Major air pollutants and CO2 emission will be 44% and 15% lower than BAU scenario. Annual benefit of technology promotion would reach 396.5 billion RMB Yuan in 2030.
