InNbO4 nanoparticles was prepared by a polyacrylamide sol-gel route. The particle size, Eg, and the density of nano-void can be tailored by changing the types of chelating agents. The as-prepared InNbO4 nanoparticles shows exhibiting excellent photocatalytic H2 evolution. The activity of InNbO4 shows obvious dependence on the voids size.
