Solubilization ability of Anionic surfactant used for oxidation of polyethylene at 60 °C for 1month. Different anionic surfactant with different CH2 chain are used for oxidation of polyethylene. Higher level of hydrocarbon solubilization by sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate is observed during GC-MS analysis. 7.006% of weight-loss is achieved after 1 month incubation of oxidized polyethylene with Lysinibacillus sp.
