ZnO and AZO thin films were grown by room-temperature PLD on Zeonor polymer. Pronounced effects of oxygen growth pressure on thin film properties were reported. Surface morphology, structural, optical and electrical properties were studied. Work shows ability to control the film properties using oxygen growth pressures. Potential applications in flexible electronics and biomedical fields are suggested.
