Fatal water intoxication with PMCT findings suggestive of excessive water drinking. PMCT showed findings of diluted intestinal contents and hemodilution. The radiodensities of the atrium and duodenum in this case were lower than others. PMCT provides supplementary findings regarding antemortem excessive water drinking. PMCT may provide findings to consider death from water intoxication before autopsy.
