We studied spike timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) over fronto-parietal network. We repetitively applied fronto-parietal (FP) and parieto-frontal (PF) bi-focal TMS. DLPFC TMS-evoked activity is oppositely modulated by FP and PF stimulation. TMS-evoked activity modulations are paralleled by beta/gamma oscillations changes. We provide the first direct demonstration of STDP over DLPFC.
