GLUA1/GLUA2 mRNA expression parallels the normal development process.

EGABA and the GLUA1/GLUA2 mRNA expression do not change in TSC tissues during development.

This lack of EGABA shift is due to an altered NKCC1/KCC2 mRNA expression in TSC.
