Fe-promoted CuO/CeO2was tested for CO-PROX in the presence of CO2 and H2O.
The Fe-promoted CuO/CeO2 is more inhibited by CO2 at low temperature than CuO/CeO2.
The Fe-promoted CuO/CeO2 is less inhibited by CO2 at high temperature than CuO/CeO2.
H2O inhibition is stronger than CO2 inhibition but the effect of CO2 and H2O co-feeding is less than additive.
A lower number of H2 oxidation sites was estimated on the Fe-promoted catalyst by CO2 TPD modeling.
