Five major structural orientations and seven major structures modeled at the Phalaborwa deposit. Structures display segmentation and rotation, suggesting significant torsion of the volume. The ESE-trending Central Fault Zoneʼs E-W inflection coincides with fingered carbonatite. Sinistral movement along the Central Fault Zone and E-W, S-rich veining were coeval. E-W maximum principal stress orientation is linked to eastward vergence of the eastern Bushveld Complex.
