The prepared transparent conducting BFZO thin films on flexible substrates exhibited high conductivity. All the BFZO films presented excellent optical property with high transmittance in the wavelength range of 300–2000 nm. The First principles calculations on their high conductivity was also carried out to confirm the mechanism.
