Ultrasonic spray coating was used to explore the deposition of PEDOT:PSS films from a series of different ink formulations. The addition of a ternary solvent blend and polyethylene glycol additive to PEDOT:PSS improves its solution processability. Films with PEG have similar surface roughness to spin coated films, but have increased conductivity and air stability.
