Above 13% efficiency for planar Si-PEDOT:PSS hybrid solar cell has been demonstrated. Sheet resistance of PEDOT:PSS layer has been found to be of primary importance for the cell. Printed ultrathin siloxane layer at interfaces enhanced the cell efficiency by suppressing carrier recombination.
