Powder-binder separation was numerically and experimentally investigated. All material parameters of non-Newtonian viscosity model were obtained. Image processing method were developed to calculate the powder volume fraction. Effects of shear rate and viscosity from the obtained coefficients were discussed. Parameter study based on the obtained phenomenological coefficients was carried out.
