The ultrasound was applied to enhance liquid–liquid mass transfer in micromixer. Water (Cu) +D2EHPA+ kerosene system used for mass transfer analysis. Flow patterns at various flow rates, with and without the nanoparticles, were studied. That KLa and E were enhanced with increase in the ultrasound intensity. Using ultrasound and nanoparticles does not have a great impact on pressure drop.
