A streamlined methodology to assess circuit uncertainty propagation is proposed. The method was applied to 35 two, three, and four unit circuit designs. Comparisons with Monte Carlo simulations show similar results. Uncertainty propagation is dependent on the circuit design and the stage recovery. Accuracy of proposed method is dictated by variance of input parameters.
