Ba and Sr doped SmTiO3 multiferroic materials were prepared by solid state route. P-XRD and SEM were studied for support the modification of structure by doping. Dielectric and magnetic studies were done for the multiferroic nature of SmTiO3. Observed ferroelectric and ferromagnetic results more support this phenomenon.
