Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are the cellular origin of prostate cancer. CSCs harbour a number of therapy resistance mechanisms. ETS factors are involved in prostate cancer and epithelial cell differentiation. ETS factor targeting in cancer may impact long term therapeutic efficacy.
