Piglets were fed soy protein concentrates or soybean meals of different origins. From 21 to 49 d of age, pig performance was not affected by type of soy product. The incidence of diarrhea was lower in pigs fed SPC than in pigs fed SBM. Nitrogen retention was higher in pigs fed SPC than in pigs fed SBM. Nutrient digestibility and pig performance depended on the origin of the SBM.
