Motor slowness is a cardinal symptom in Huntington disease (HD).
The use reaction time (RT) and self-paced timing precision (SPTP) is abnormal in HD compared with controls.
Simple and methods such as RT and SPTP can be of help to follow-up of patients with HD.
This standardized testing protocol could be used for early clinical HD trials.
