Co-pyrolysis is an effective method to dispose waste PVDF to energy. The pyrolysis offspring of PSD cannot escape from mixture due to barrier property of PVDF coating. This behavior influenced on the interaction between pyrolysis offspring of PSD and activated PVDF. The ion current change also can be explained directly synergistic effect (H2O, CH4, CH2CF2, CO2). Barrier property is a very important factor. PVDF can be pyrolyzed to form hydrocarbon to relize waste-to-energy using co-pyrolysis method.
