The rheology of chemisorbed soft matters oscillating at MHz was studied using a QCM. The SAMs of HS(CH2CH2O)nCH3 were employed as a soft matter. The systematical analyses revealed the relationships of η∞Mn0.180 and μ∞Mn0.344 (Mn: molecular weight).
