Simultaneous absorbance-ratiometric, fluorimetric, and colorimetric analysis and biological imaging of α-ketoglutaric acid based on a special sensing mechanism
A special mechanism combing PET and absorption red-shift was designed for α-KA. Absorption ratiometric quantification of α-KA was enabled for the first time. Colorimetric analysis of α-KA by naked eyes was enabled for the first time. Sensitive fluorimetric quantification with quite low detection limit was achieved. Imaging of α-KA in living cells and tissues were enabled for the first time.
