miR-634 expression is markedly decreased in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and closely associated with poor outcomes. miR-634 overexpression attenuated the cell viability, colony formation, tumor growth and metastasis. miR-634 suppressed cell growth and metastasis by directly targeting the 3′-UTR of Rab1A and DHX33.
