Minimum patch size and habitat suitability values are important for connectivity. Connectivity assessment depends on the selected threshold. A sensitivity analysis can identify the optimum combination of thresholds. Jaguars in Sierra Gorda occupy relatively small habitat patches in a fragmented landscape. The Sierra Gorda reserve has potential habitat for jaguars in its buffer zones.
