Magnetic Fano-coil-type resonances are excited in all-dielectric symmetric cluster under cylindrical vector beams excitation. The quality of generated hot- and coldspots in all-dielectric clusters are studied. The effect of symmetry breaking on the quality of magnetic modes are discussed. The magnetic response of the proposed structure is evaluated with analogous nanostructures.
