Newly developed reduced ethanol mechanism (47 species and 272 reactions) used.

Engine maps over wide range are developed for performance and emissions parameters.

HCCI operating range increases with compression ratio & decreases with engine speed.

Maximum combustion efficiency up to 99% and thermal efficiency up to 50% is achieved.

Maximum N2O emission found up to 2.7 ppm and lower load have higher N2O emission.
