Double-diffusive Rayleigh-Bénard flow in the cylindrical enclosures is simulated. At NxA0;>xA0;0, solutal gradient has an accelerative influence to flow destabilization. The critical Rayleigh number decreases with the increase of the buoyancy ratio. Flow pattern at the primary threshold depends on aspect ratio and buoyancy ratio.
