Graft Transit Time Has No Effect on Outcome of Unrelated Donor Hematopoietic Cell Transplants Performed in Australia and New Zealand: A Study from the Australasian Bone Marrow Transplant Recipient Registry
We studied unrelated donor transplant outcomes according to graft transit times. A prior study showed increased mortality in BM grafts with long transit times. In total, 233 transplants performed in Australia and New Zealand were included. A wide range of factors were studied in multivariate survival analysis. Graft transit times had no significant effect on survival or other outcomes.
