The full-length DDB1 gene (Es-DDB1) was cloned from Eriocheir sinensis. The recombinant Es-DDB1 protein and Es-Cul4 protein were expressed in vitro. The transcriptional and translational levels of Es-DDB1 was determined. The Es-DDB1 protein is mostly located in the cytoplasm in the early stage of testis. Es-DDB1 and Es-Cul4 bind to each other in E. sinensis.
