Label-free detection of C-reactive protein with an array of all-silicon Mach-Zehnder interferometers. Kinetic measurements are employed and assay is completed in 5 min. The detection limit for CRP is 2.1 ng/mL. Good agreement of serum values with those determined by a standard clinical laboratory method.
