Broad signaling of GPR87 via G proteins and downstream transcription factors. Strong cell transforming properties of GPR87 in a signaling-dependent manner. GPR87 induces cell clustering possibly via Rho/ROCK pathway. These properties position GPR87 as a potential future anti-cancer drug target.
