MSBR assessed for treatment of real PRW with variable composition. Monitoring global pollution indices revealed robustness of MSBR for PRW treatment. Use of membrane relaxation significantly reduced fouling rates in MSBR. The majority of PRW constituents fully biodegraded via MSBR treatment. Toxic shock loading caused sludge deflocculation but removal performance not impaired.
