A novel thermally coupled reactor in CCR naphtha reforming process is modeled. The required heat of Naphtha process is attained with toluene hydrodealkylation. A new kinetic model involving 32 pseudo-component and 84 reactions is proposed. The aromatics and hydrogen production increase 19% and 23%, respectively.
