We laminated the nHA/PHB layers to obtain a scaffold for bone tissue engineering. The laminated scaffold performed optimized cell-loading capacity. MSCs exhibited osteogenic phenotypes on the laminated scaffold. Osteoid tissue formed throughout the laminated scaffold after 2 months in vivo.The laminated bio-composite scaffolds can be applied to bone regeneration.
