HAV RNA levels were enhanced in Huh7 cells treated with FFAs. HAV RNA levels were enhanced by a high glucose concentration. GRP78 is down-regulated in association with HAV replication. Thapsigargin induces GRP78 expression and inhibits HAV replication.
