Axial load, shear rebar, and shear span ratio are important factors in damage process. Increasing shear rebars and providing hook anchorage improved the behavior of wall. The correlation between seismic damage and lateral drift are reported in detail. FEM analysis considers the bond behavior between concrete and vertical rebars. Good accuracy of the predictions is achieved by the finite element analysis.
