All A. omnicolens isolates exhibited low MICs for all β-lactams, glycopeptides, linezolid, tetracyclines, and cotrimoxazole.

MICs ≥256 mg/L for erythromycin and clindamycin associated with a single point mutation in 23S rRNA.

Acquired fluoroquinolone resistance (1 isolate) likely related to a mutation in ParC (Ser80Phe).
