We developed UHPLC method for Terazosin related substances by DryLab software using mass spectrometry supported peak tracking. The predicted retention times and resolution of critical peak pair were in good agreement with the experimental ones. We reduce the analysis time of Terazosin Ph. Eur. related substances HPLC method from 90 min (2 × 45 min) to below 5 min.
