The present study describes the adjuvant effect of supercritical carbon dioxide extracts (SCEs) 300ET and 350ET. SCEs enhanced humoral and cellular immunity in response to TT and DT antigens. HPLC and HPTLC analysis of extracts showed the presence of flavonoids kaempferol and isorhamnetin. In addition, both SCEs 300ET and 350ET did not show any hemolytic and toxic effects.
