Light/pH dual-responsive polymer mPEG-ONB-PMAA-b-PS was developed. The polymer mPEG-ONB-PMAA-b-PS was characterized and utilized to immobilized α-amylase. A systematic study of dual-responsive polymer influence on α-amylase active was performed.
