Pseudodiaptomus poplesia was exposed to 1,2-dimethylnaphthalene (1,2-NAPH) and pyrene. The 96-h LC50 of 1, 2-NAPH and pyrene were 788.98 μg/L and 54.68 μg/L, respectively. Spliced leader-based cDNA libraries revealed genes responding to PAHs exposure. Reference genes for RT-qPCR were evaluated for P. poplesia exposed the two PAHs. Changes in expression of seven genes revealed the toxicity of PAHs may be linked to oxidative stress.
