Ablation of αTAT1 inhibits HCT116 colon cancer cell invasion. αTAT1/acetylated microtubules regulate expression of Wnt1/β-catenin target genes. Acetylated microtubules regulate cellular localization of β-catenin. Loss of αTAT1 prevents Wnt1 from inducing β-catenin-dependent and -independent pathways.
