Extraction of phenolic compounds and anthocyanin from black and purple rice bran (Oryza sativa L.) using ultrasound: A comparative analysis and phytochemical profiling
UAE technique was optimized for phenolics and anthocyanins recovery. UAE yielded more than Conventional Solvent Extraction. The prediction of extraction yield using ANN was excellent. Purple rice bran contains higher amount of phytochemical than black rice bran.
