The emission factor of dl-PCB congeners from differing cement plants was characterized. Co-incineration of wastes could reduce health-critical congeners of dioxins and dl-PCBs. Statistical predominance from the 1,2,3,7,8-PeCDF and 1,2,3,4,7,8-HxCDF congeners was detected.
