We construct a multifunctional surface based on immobilization of BSA and aptamer.

It can significantly reduce platelet adhesion and fibrinogen adsorption/activation.

Such functional surface could remarkably enhance EPC adhesion in vitro.

It can induce rapid self-endothelialization of the implant surface in situ in vivo.

It is possible to use such a multifunctional surface in cardiovascular implants.
