Establishes a protocol for a prospective postpartum follow up study. Includes women who were normotensive and hypertensive in pregnancy and their babies. Incorporates physiological and psychological assessments, defining new normal ranges. Includes physical and developmental assessment of their babies. Follow up at six months, two and five years postpartum.
