Equations of story ductility factors with soil-structure interaction are presented. Drifts with SSI are larger than the fixed-base drifts in the lower stories. Foundation rotation and P-Delta produces important drifts in the first stories. The rotational component of foundation becomes more important for taller buildings. SSI increases ductility demands in lower stories but it decreases it at upper ones.
