文摘
A hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria was studied for the production of biosurfactant. The effects of carbon, nitrogen sources, and operating factors were investigated. The optimal conditions of biosurfactant yield were determined using CCD. The interaction of glycerol and (NH4)2SO4 affected the biosurfactant production. The HDB S. marcescens shows good potential as a biosurfactant-producing bacteria.
