NiTiO3 nanoparticles were prepared by chemical bath method.

Novel NiTiO3/g-C3N4 hetero-junction was designed and synthesized.

The NiTiO3/g-C3N4 hybrid shows strong light absorption and effective charge separation.

The rate of hydrogen generation of r-NiTiO3/g-C3N4 is 3 folds that of pure g-C3N4.
