We design bilayer coating which composed by hollow silica and titania nanoparticles.

Effects of TiO2 nanoparticles on the properties of coatings were detailedly studied.

The ideal refractive index of 1.22 will achieve if TiO2 concentration is optimal.

The bilayer coatings show superior photocatalytic activity and anti-fogging property.
